[Members] Updated memberlist

FYI, 
I updated the memberlist at:
http://www.xmpp.org/xsf/members/memberlist.shtml

I also added all new members to memberbot's roster. So if you have a
subscription request from memberbot at jabber.org then accept it, we need it
for our next voting which is coming soon (board and council).

Please correct me if something is wrong.

Sorry for the delay, but I was busy in the last days ;-)
