That is, I'm +1 on accepting anonymous applications. Whether or not an
anonymous person can be a member of the XSF is another matter. If the person
is willing to identify himself/herself in real life (which is apparently so),
and, of course, given successful election, then I don't see a problem with
the secretary taking note of this identity for the official records and
putting the nickname on the respective wiki page.
