Yes, agreed. Unfortunately, I am not the best person to run a conference (as I'm sure the rest of you can attest -- be honest, now!) because I am not the most detail-oriented person (well, except when it comes to writing specs). So I wonder what's the best way to proceed on running a larger conference...
