[Members] Alexey Melnikov, Applications Area Director, IETF

As some of you might have noticed already, Alexey Melnikov is now the  
first XSF Member to also be appointed an Area Director at the IETF.   
For those unfamiliar with the IETF and its structure, this puts him  
at the same kind of level as an XMPP Council Member, but with  
considerably broader scope.

Alexey's responsibility is toward Applications - XMPP actually fits   
in the RAI area, technically, but XMPP and the XSF will no doubt   
benefit from being more visible in the IETF world, and I'm confident  
we'll see benefits flow in both directions.

Gosh, that reads like a press release, sorry.
