I do the same thing (by adding tags for example, or updating links
perhaps). Luckily, planet's RSS feed doesn't get updated, so I think
most people don't notice anything. I think planet.jabber.org is the
only instance of Planet that pushes things to the top on changes
(e.g., planet Psi doesn't do this afaik), so I think it can be fixed
by upgading or tweaking settings.
