At the risk of stating the obvious - and I regret to say this will
probably come across as blunt - the best way of avoiding such
infighting and hurt feelings is to ensure that one attends those
meetings. They're members meetings, it's reasonable to expect members
to show up if at all possible.
The Bylaws very clearly state that *anything* can be brought up, and
voted upon, at those meetings incidentally.
Are you proposing this should be changed?
