Kevin and I have been muttering for some time about a remote shared
group system. If we get around to getting something down on paper,
this'd be a perfect use-case.

Well, jid transfer and forwarding is also something people have
muttered about. (Kurt asked me about it many months past). This does
at least give us a chance to consider what might be needed.
It's slightly worrying, isn't it, that we're a protocol design and
development shop, yet the first time we consider actually running our
own protocols, we suddenly realise we're missing bits we'd find
useful...
