Kev, that's nice of you to say. :)

It's clear that I've done a lot of the work over the years to keep our
little venture moving forward, at least from the perspectives of spec
writing and some organizational things. Probably I've been doing too
much. I freely admit that I'm not good at delegating, although I've
worked to improve there. My main concern is not that I'll suddenly lose
interest and leave the XSF in the lurch, it's that we might need to
build a more collaborative model for doing our work in the future. I
need to think more about what that might look like. The idea I had in
mind was something like an open-source project, but perhaps that was not
the right metaphor.
