Right, I agree - we need to ensure that it's straighforward to find
work to do within the XSF, and simple to get it done. I don't think
either of those is true right now.
But that said, the people who can't even spend 15 minutes every few
months on the XSF are unlikely to spend any more time, and as I said,
I'm more concerned that we create a better atmosphere within the XSF
for the current minority.
I'm not meaning to sound like I want to have a witch hunt and get rid
of anyone who doesn't hit targets, what I want is to have an XSF made
up of people who genuinely want to be here.
