[Members] Jingle Audio and Video interop event

Hi,

there is right now a discussion on the Jingle ml about the 
compatibility issues which make that users' "real life" experience (out 
of the perfect conditions of development) of VOIP is extremely poor, to 
say the least.

Three main reasons are raised:
1/ codecs incompatibility.
2/ connection issues (NAT, etc.).
3/ imperfect/bugged implementations.

Basically it has been proposed to run interop tests to determine the 
real causes which makes our VOIP experience is so bad. As several 
others, I think that's a good idea. I would be happy to help with 
organization.
Could we organize this?
