I expect a significant number of us will have (I have).

My opinion on whether we should re-open the period largely depends on
when the mystery Board candidate had trouble registering with the
wiki. If Alex has had a mail in his inbox about it since last week,
but due to missing Internets hasn't been able to process it then we
should arguably do so (although Alex isn't the only person able to
dish out accounts). If they didn't ask for an account until after the
period was over, I don't think we should re-open.
