[Members] MEETING NOTICE: Board and council elections

The 2010-2011 XSF Council and XSF Board of Directors were elected in
October 2010. Therefore we have to select the next Board and Council
for the 2011-2012 term.

If you are interested in running for Board (business stuff) or Council
(technical stuff) for 2011-2012, please create an appropriate wiki
page by October 9th and link it from here:

Proxy voting will start on October 10th and we will hold our annual
meeting to elect the board and council on October 25.
