[Members] MEETING NOTICE: Board and Council elections

Hello,

another year elapsed and we have to elect the 2012-2013 XSF Board and
Council.

If you are interested in running for Board (business stuff) or
Council (technical stuff) for the 2012-2013 term please create an
appropriate wiki page by October 14, 2012 and link it from here:
http://wiki.xmpp.org:12480/web/Board_and_Council_Elections_2012

Proxy voting will start on October 15th and we will hold our annual meeting
to elect the Board and Council on October 30.
