This isn't a vote for video, however...

Hangouts can be streamed and saved on youtube for later watching, and we
could append minutes once the meeting is over. Might give a more human face
to XMPP and better discoverability of the meetings we have? Questions can
come in via MUC then if required (or people could join the call).

That is until we have some sort of multi-jingle stream recording mechanism
set up :)
