As mentioned in the council chat room  the
http://www.google-melange.com/gsoc/homepage/google/gsoc2014 has opened

I created a new wiki  http://wiki.xmpp.org/web/Summer_of_Code_2014 and I
hope we can work together to add more interesting projects and get to the
point that we can get XMPP to join the 2014 GSoC
