@kev: you are right: sites not traffic.

My reading of the stats page is that 15% of sites will drop the connection
unless they can successfully STARTTLS with the remote endpoint. I'm
presuming the number that offer encryption (but not insist on it) is higher
than this.

@thijs - can you tell us how many force it?
