The board by large does not, and is not, engaging in activities which
further this mission.

What I would like to see is what the board is planning to address this, not
a silly survey on whether we think a new xmpp.org website is more important
than conducting a board meeting via videoconference.

The XSF has become an isolated microcosm. While its members are largely
doing great work, we're doing it even isolated to each other with very
little collaboration or momentum toward getting it used by the masses - who
are wholly satisfied with walled garden services like Snapchat, Facebook
Messenger, and Hangouts.
