[Members] XMPP over WebSocket implementations

Cool stuff Arc!.

I can say that on the XMPP server side that both Tigase and Prosody supports web sockets. 
Tigase even supports the older protocol version of web sockets as well(hixie 76 I think) - which are still used in some old STB clients.
