They’re sent to the Council list (which is public, although I don’t think it’s interesting for people to generally subscribe to it) and to the Standards list (which I think /is/ generally interesting for people to subscribe to).

The basic summary is that I’m going to schedule (once IETF week’s over) a chat between Editors and Council (and other interested parties) about how we manage contributions etc., whether we want to accept stuff via Github, Gitlab, how repositories should be structured, how issues can be tracked, etc. I think getting on with a GitHub mirror now is compatible with whatever we decide, as long as Board are prepared to accept the GitHub T&Cs.
