[Members] using GitHub for XEPs

I don't have the time to talk seriously about this today and in the 
following days because of personal issues, but will it still be possible 
for XEP authors to contribute, or for developers to report bugs 
*outside* of github ?

I don't have and don't want an account on github.

Have you considered libre alternatives ?
