However, I was talking out of my arse, sorry. We don't need a member vote
on this:

*Section 3.2 Annual Meetings*. A meeting of the Members shall be held
annually at such time as the Board of Directors may determine, at which
annual meeting the Members shall elect a Board of Directors and transact
other proper business as may properly come before them.
So it turns out the Board have the power to set their own term, which is
quite interesting - but not the term of the following Board, which was
actually voted upon.

(I'm reading "annually" to mean "once per year", and not "precisely on the
anniversary of the last one").
