[Members] voting results board and council elections

yes, same results here.
The 5th board position goes to Nÿco. So the following individuals will 
be on the board for the 2017-2018 term:

* Matthew Wild
* Guus der Kinderen
* Ralph Meijer
* Martin Hewitt
* Nicolas Vérité
