I retract these two items.

Ralph provided feedback on the tracker, and these two changes are indeed
not necessary, (the typo is not a typo, and the other is already
specified in the law).


My main interest in going through this exercise was figuring out how to
do so properly, and this hasn't been without bumps in the road.

As some also have noticed, it is unclear how to add an agenda item to a
(annual) meeting, and who gets to vote on it. This thread is a good
proof for it.

Additionally, bylaws changes have to go through board Article XIII.

There are other changes I would like to see in the bylaws, and thus, I
will share my concerns with board as soon as the new one gets elected.

I also think having a TOC on that page (bylaws) would be a good
addition.
