As we discussed before, this is not an official XSF project and there
was no "process", it was juts my experiment to set up an XMPP related
instance. After our year runs out I could set up a VPN or something, or
if people do like it and want to make it an official XSF thing we could
run it on their infrastructure. Either of these, in my mind, require the
community to actually want to use it though, which is why I'm keeping an
eye on it and asking how people feel about it.

There are no stats or any way that I'm aware of to get stats, my
impression is that usage is limited to two or three people though (and a
dozen or two mostly inactive or read-only accounts). This is all
anecdotal, however.
