we just held a meeting about the spam issues on the XMPP network.

In short, Peter and Mickael will create more tools to locate this 
behaviour, and have a server to server reporting tool.

iptables -A INPUT -p tcp -s 204.8.219.178 -m comment --comment "Infected 
RS"  -j DROP
