[Operators] Gtalk Server-Server Federation - Not-Authorized

Hi,

We have problem in connecting to Gtalk XMPP Server from our IM
community. Below the request and response between our server and Gtalk
Server

Whats going wrong ?

Note: We were successfully integrated before and all of a sudden it
stopped a month ago.
