[Operators] xmpp.net server test: connection failed

The server test at https://xmpp.net/ always results in a "Error:
Connection failed" form my server (ejabberd 14.07) for both c2s and s2s
test.

I wonder if something changed with the test because prior to the
xmpp.net server crash I could run the tests several times successful.

In the recent results there are a lot of entries with the same error
message.
