[Operators] Annoying spam

Hi all

Spam from different servers come every evening.

Yes, last 2-3 weeks there are many registrations on my server 
(jabberon.ru). Many JID's become deleted after first login (probably, 
deleted automatically by the bot). More that 90% or registrations from 
Germany IP's. Captcha protection does not stop registration.
