I am already using letsencrypt for https, but I wasn't sure it would
work with XMPP.
But actually it works like as a charm. Thank you all for suggesting it.

I just needed to concatenate privkey.pem and fullchain.pem to one file
and it worked.
Just added c2s and s2s restart to my certbot renew cron job and I can
hopefully forget about certs now. :-)
