[Operators] New IP address for igniterealtime.org

The XMPP domain of igniterealtime.org will be moved to a new server later
today, and shall have a new IP address: 52.59.253.219 - We'll continue to
use the existing certificate. Timing-wise, we're aiming at 12:00 UTC.
