I think that to make this more like disco and browse that the stat
identifier be changed to type e.g.

<iq type='get' to='foo'>
  <query xmlns='jabber:iq:stats'>
    <stat type='who'/>
    <stat type='uptime'/>
    <stat type='traffic'/>
  </query>
</iq>

Also to me type better represents what it is, it is a type of stat.
