Interesting idea.

Taking branches into account, what is the difference between this:

    <identity category="hierarchy" type="branch"/>

and this:

    <identity category="automation" type="command-list"/>

And what is the difference between the "root" command list, which JEP-0050
says to use "command-list" for, and any nested command lists?

I'm actually not too fussed, just so long as there is a well defined way to do
this branched discovery for ad-hoc commands, which JEP-0050 doesn't currently
