i didn't get your bombardment point.

if the admin of a remote server thinks he is no longer receiving presence
from a person, he can simply turn on debug logging, see how presence from
this person is going to other friends except him, and whoops he found out
that he is on <presence-out/> of this person.

no change to the protocol necessary, not even to server code.
