FAILED (-0:4:+1)
PR #806 - XEP-0060: Add pubsub#public in Publish-Subscribe features - https://github.com/xsf/xeps/pull/806
Dave: +1 (essentially; this needs to make the default clear, or behaviour if not present. Perhaps it needs a disco feature? - maybe discuss before merging)
Georg: -0 (agree this is useful, but belongs in the Registry and not XEP-0060, or maybe both; behaviour modification requires a feature so clients can rely on the flag; also, default values)
Jonas: [abstained]
Kev: [abstained]

VETOED (-1:3:+1)
PR #808 - XEP-0045: Add Tags configuration and metadata - https://github.com/xsf/xeps/pull/808
Dave: -1 (don't think tags is a bad idea, but concerned with adding more stuff to XEP-0045; not sure 'dumb' tagging will be enough, a more considered approach might be better - open to being convinced otherwise)
Georg: -0 (yet another way to describe a MUC might make sense, but need to see a strong rationale. Prefer to have user-defined tags, akin to roster groups, and having both would make for a poor UX)
Jonas: +1
Kev: [abstained]

PASSED (-0:1:+4)
PR #805 - XEP-0060: Add a pubsub#rsm disco#info feature to clear confusion - https://github.com/xsf/xeps/pull/805
Dave: +1 (worry that RSM is always a guessing game of where it's included, but this seems the best approach)
Georg: +1 (would prefer 'pubsub+rsm' over 'pubsub#rsm', but not a hill to die on)
Jonas: +1
Kev: [abstained]
Link: +1
