[Standards] Proposed XMPP Extension: Extended Channel Search

The XMPP Extensions Editor has received a proposal for a new XEP.

Title: Extended Channel Search
Abstract:
This specification provides a standardised protocol to search for
public group chats. In contrast to XEP-0030 (Service Discovery), it
works across multiple domains and in contrast to XEP-0055 (Jabber
Search) it more clearly handles extensibility.

The Council will decide in the next two weeks whether to accept this
