I presume in the reporting an entire chat case one or more stanza-ids could be included as examples of why the chat is being reported? It occurs to me that this isn't really group chat specific and one might want to report a user to server operator using almost identical syntax as well, which indeed https://modules.prosody.im/mod_report_forward.html already does.
