[Standards] Proposed XMPP Extension: Gateway Relayed Encryption

The XMPP Extensions Editor has received a proposal for a new XEP. Title: Gateway Relayed Encryption Abstract: This specification describes a mechanism for end-to-end encryption with gateways that is compatible with third-party networks.
