Why though? Instinctively, and If we put aside ethical and
ecological concerns about
LLMs, I think that 1. and 2. are OK, and 3. should be forbidden.
That reads "1. and 2. are OK if we put aside ethical and ecological concerns",
which are relevant in general, but not directly in the question raised here
(which is more about legality and how XSF should handle AI in contributions).
