[JDEV] Warning compiler messages in current version.

I just compiled all the code from the CVS and got the following warning
messages that someone may want to eventually clean up.

libxode I get the following warmings.

xmlparse.c:2486: warning: unused variable `internalEnc'
xmlparse.c: At top level:

mltok.c  -fPIC o
xmltok.c: In function `initScan':
xmltok.c:1494: warning: subscript has type `char'

In libetherx I get the following warnings.
