[JDEV] jabberd 1.4 dumping core on receipt of SIGTERM

I'm quite sure this is caused by msn-t somehow in it's mt_shutdown() function.
The only two transports loaded that call register_shutdown() are icq & msn.
with icq loaded of the 2.. all is well.. but when msn is loaded in any
combination, it crashes down in libpth. Schuyler, could you please take a
look and see if you can see anything amiss?
