All I know is that if anyone is keeping a buglist, its not in any
obvious location. Feel free to prove me wrong.

If its not in the IETF drafts, then check:


If its not here, then consider asking on standards-jig:


If you're talking about server documentation, then there's stuff on the
jabber.org website (Admin guide, Component admin guide, Admin FAQ, etc).
Otherwise, its a per-project thing, and you should find some contact
details for the particular project.

If not, asking here will often reveal something (as it is now).
