Uh! Oh! I think I understood! Fiesta!

At first I thought your proposition of sending something like 'voipgm2'
as a capability and let others cache it was pretty bad.

But after reading again JEP0115, I think it makes sense:
1) if the other end never received a 'voipgm2' cap, then it will send a
disco request on it (either to me or some other) and learn for example
that it means:
<feature var='http://jabber.org/protocol/voip/h323'/>
<feature var='http://jabber.org/protocol/voip/callto'/>

2) or it already received a 'voipgm2' cap, and already knows what it
means, so won't bother to ask (unless for security reasons it decides to

The key point is that the 'voipgm2' string doesn't bring any information
in itself, other than being something either already met or not.

So yes, this should definitely work!
