Several bugfixes from Sergei Golovan's site
(http://sgolovan.nes.ru/jabber/ )
and Alexander Timoshenko's site (
http://gonzo.kiev.ua/projects/jabber/jit.html ).

UTF-8 support in incoming ICQ messages by Alexey Nezhdanov (from
http://xmpppy.sourceforge.net/ )
(was bug with encoding if using icq2003a ) .

Also, diffs in integrated wpjabberd, from version 1.1.0 to version 1.1.2.

This is just all-in-one patch.

P.S. As I know, Alexey Nezhdanov now working on patch for JIT, which
allow messages to parallel sessions to be routed locally (not via AOL
servers). I named this method "gateway short circuit".

In few words: USER1 logged to ICQ via JIT, have UIN1.
USER2 logged to ICQ via JIT, have UIN2.

If USER1 send message to UIN2, in classical JIT it sended to AOL, then
back to JIT, then to USER2.
In patched - it doesn't sended to AOL. All jabber features like x
elements, file transfer will work.
Also it saves traffic.

Test patch there: http://xmpppy.sourceforge.net/jit_parallel_sessions.patch

Also this method will work on MSN, Yahoo and others.
