No, do not use an "http://jabber.org/" protocol which does not exist.  
You should make up your own, like: "julien-puydt:voip" or use a URL  
that you own.

The idea is that if a JEP ever is made for your protocol, it won't be  
that much work to add support for the new namespace to your  
patches... but the JEP could also have slight differences from how  
you decided to do things.

Only JEPs can specify "http://jabber.org/" protocols.
