I'm no pro, but what that's definitely an application-specific  
question. I don't use JAJC, but what I'd do is, if you have any  
indexing going on on that computer, do a search for specific words  
that you used in your conversations. I've done that kind of thing  
using Spotlight (mac user here) and, provided the files are stored in  
clear text (why wouldn't they be), they will come up.
