[Operators] Google Talk federation problems (still)

For future reference, if a domain exists in Team Edition prior to SRV 
records being published, will we have to contact xmpp at google.com to have 
you manually disable Talk for that domain, or will you automatically 
disable Talk for a domain if the SRV records become visible?
