[Operators] Spammer: I got him!

Hey guys,

I have found a way to localize the accounts by the spammer. I just need 
some tool to create a list. I'll try to contact Mickael to find a way to 
get a list.

I don't know if he's on this list too, so I won't post it here, as he 
might make sure to not make the same error again. If you want to know 
more about this find, please contact me via Jabber.
