[Operators] LetsEncrypt is not recognized by XMPP Observatory?

Hi Andrey,

your server does not send the required chain certificates. Your
browser has them in its cache and can validate. Try this:
openssl s_client -connect decent.im:5281 -tls1 -tlsextdebug -status
