[Operators] Defunct XMPP servers

Good day,

swissjabber.li has been defunct for weeks. It worked briefly two weeks 
ago, in order to return to 'no connection' soon. Can we report this 
somewhere so that it is removed from https://xmpp.net/directory.php . 
The server owner publishes no information at all about his server 
status. We found this annoying because we needed the service but always 
assumed it would return soon.
