Georg has no idea about the PubSub parts; not sure if the part in section 2 (This information MUST be scoped using a FORM_TYPE of "urn:xmpp:tmp:sos") mandates actually implementing that feature.

5) Pending Votes
Jonas votes +1 on 'MUC Mention Notifications', and +1 on 'DOAP usage in XMPP'

Georg asks if there was any news from the Council Process Task Force regarding submitting a Historical XEP - Dave thinks people agreed that Historical sounded sensible; Jonas says nobody objects. Georg duly votes +1 on 'OMEMO Media Sharing'. Jonas awards Georg the Honorary Medal of Zero Pending Votes (the others try to conceal their envy.)

Trying to earn his own medal, Dave votes +1 on 'OMEMO Media Sharing', and +1 on 'DOAP usage in XMPP' (noting that it should be tidied-up, change the namespace, etc.) Dave isn't sure he understood the implications of the SupportedXep XML blob within RDF - Zash thinks that might just be RDF doing what RDF does best.
